I have new DC lah

Finally, I get my own DC, a thing I have been dream for years. So in the future you will se more high resolution photos instead of those taken by my Nokia telephone and proberbly you will see my photoblog days ahead.

I don’t have a designer’s finger, but I have an pair of designer’s eyes. I believe that I can take good photos gradually and you wait!

There was I time when I refuse digital cameras for I deemed that DC is not a tool artists should use. A man with a DC has no need to worried about films, so he can shoot at his wishes. This, in my opinion, is not a proper behivor of an artist. An artist is one who is stingy with every press on the shutter. Every press is the foot prints of lights at an unurasal moment. He can not just take as tons of photos arbitrarily and then pick one out and say “this is my work”. In fact, this is an accident happen to his camera not happen to him.

kodak z740 So, I believe a good photographer will also cherish the every press on the shutter of DC, even it does’n cost film. For only that’s kind of works have inspiration and the ability to discover in it. So my descipline with my DC is “Don’t abuse the tool, cherish every press”. It’s eazier said than done.

By passing, my DC is a Kodak Z740 with “5.0-megapixel imager and a high quality Kodak Retinar 10X optical zoom lens (38-380 mm equivalent)”. It’s nick name is Bigeye (大眼睛).

Wait and see lah.
