雅安三雅

四川雅安有三雅：雅女，雅鱼，雅雨。今天见识了其中之二:  雅女和雅鱼。

四川美女有一邛崃，二雅安，三成都之说，果不其然。不过我的兴趣还是在雅鱼上。

吃过才知道，原来有如此鲜嫩美味的肉质。从唐到清一直作为皇室的贡品。更绝的是据说由于水质原因，这种鱼仅在雅安地区青衣江水域存活，其他地方无法生存，因此雅安以外的市面上几乎没有。由此更觉得珍惜，中午吃了无数。

关于雅鱼之剑的传说

雅安是雨城，天漏。相传女娲在补天时，故意将一把宝剑落入江中，化作雅鱼，所以鱼头中会有一枚酷似宝剑的骨刺，剑柄、剑把、剑刃概概如生。（详见上图）据说行家可以从这柄剑判断真伪。

雅鱼为何肉质如此鲜美

雅鱼名贵主要还是因为首先它是冷水鱼，富含是不饱和脂肪酸；同时是冷水鱼中生长最慢的，要四年才能长成一斤多的成鱼，非常缓慢。

雅鱼为何如此稀少 

此外，它的生存条件非常苛刻，对水质和含氧量(喜高氧)均有很高要求，目前仅在雅安附近青衣江水域存活。

    可惜当年我们川西环游的时候没能从雅安下车来尝尝雅鱼，看看雅女，sigh~
