明天开始参加戴尔.卡内基培训

公司安排了戴尔卡内基培训(Dale Carnegie Training)，内容是有效沟通与人际关系，一共12次。所以从明天起至少3个月的时间里，每周五晚上的6:30到22:00，我将被关在飞州国际的一间屋子里，进行传销一样疯狂的举动了，也许是对着听众狂吼，也许是在台上表演。那地儿离前东家不远，有空可以跟以前的同事吃个饭了——唯一问题是人家有没有空。

昨天先和卡内基班的老师见了一面，是一个30岁左右的台湾女性，她的助理看上去就20岁，但名片上的抬头都很来劲，一个是资深经理，一个是培训经理。但根据我昨天接触来看，这两个老师的能力一般，希望这是我一个错误的判断，否则这么多的时间和精力就白搭进去了。

培训的名称叫《有效沟通与人际关系》，对我来说确实是亟需的。因为我发现，自己虽然对每个人都很nice，但是聊起天来却很难发现共同话题，不能深入下去，因此沟通仅停留于寒暄和一些无关痛痒的事，无法建立更稳固的关系。因此在一张有十来个条目的目标确认表格上，我勾选了以下三项作为参加此培训的目标。

1. 学会建立和维护人际关系
2. 拓展视野
3. 增强自信

接下来的日子里，我会跟大家分享我的学习心得的，等着瞧吧。
